b 06 Novv 1818  Louisa Co., VA.
d. 08 July 1880.  He also served in the Missouri House of Representatives, 
elected in 1871..  He is buried in Baker Cemetery, Knox Co next to his first wife Anastacia 
"TACY" Baker Marquess.
He was the son of Isaac Taylor and Elizabeth "Betsy" Beavers Marquess
